발표일정

제65회 한국진공학회 하계정기학술대회 & IFFM2023 발표일정

구두/포스터 발표 순서를 첨부파일과 같이 공지합니다(발표일정 조정 불가).

구두발표: 1. 발표번호, 발표일자, 발표시간, 발표장소를 확인하시기 바랍니다. (첨부파일 : Ctrl+F -> 발표자명 혹은 접수번호 검색)

2. 세션 시작 전, 발표자료를 세션장의 노트북에 준비하여 주십시오.

3. 배정된 발표시간을 준수하여 주십시오.

포스터 발표: 1. 포스터 발표는 온라인 제출 없이 현장 진행하며, 포스터보드 사이즈는 900 X 1800 mm (가로 X 세로) 입니다.; 2. 발표번호, 발표일자, 발표시간, 발표장소를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
(첨부파일 : Ctrl+F -> 발표자 이름 혹은 접수번호 검색); 3. 포스터는 발표일정 1시간 전부터 부착 가능합니다. 발표번호 아래 포스터를 부착해 주세요.; 4. 세션 시작 전후 10분 사이 담당자가 No-Show 여부를 확인하므로 세션 종료까지 자리를 지켜주시기 바랍니다. 특히 으뜸포스터발표상 심사 대상자의 자리 이탈로 인한 책임은 발표자 본인에게 있습니다.; 5. No-Show의 경우 향후 학술행사 참가에 불이익이 발생할 수 있음을 미리 알려드립니다.

문의 폭주로 유선 연결 어려우며, 발표 누락 등의 오류는 유선 처리 불가하므로 반드시 이메일 paper@kvs.or.kr 문의 부탁드립니다.
단, 일정 변경 문의는 어떠한 경우에도 답변 드리지 않습니다.

The 65th Summer Annual Conference & IFFM2023 Program

Oral presentation: 1. Please check the presentation number (not the submission number), Date, Time, and Location. (Ctrl+F -> Search for your name or submission number or etc.)

2. Before your time, prepare your presentation materials on a laptop at the session room.

3. Please observe the assigned presentation time.

Poster presentation: 1. The poster presentation is conducted on-site without online, and the board size is 900 X 1800 mm (width X length).; 2. Please check the presentation number (not the submission number), Date, Time, and Location. (Ctrl+F -> Search for your name or submission number or etc.); 3. Posters can be attached 1 hour before the presentation. Attach your poster below the presentation number.; 4. The staff will check for no-shows 10 minutes before and after the session, so please remain your site until the end of the session. In particular, the responsibility for the departure of the person subject to the Best Poster Award lies with the presenter.; 5. In case of No-Show, we inform you in advance that there may be disadvantages in participating in future conferences.
